These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WarThunder [DE] [Inoffiziell] Discord app ("App") and its associated dashboard ("Dashboard"), accessible via Discord OAuth. By accessing or using the App and Dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App and Dashboard.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• 1.1 By using the App and Dashboard, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to these Terms.
• 1.2 If you are using the App and Dashboard on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• 1.3 Your continued use of the App and Dashboard following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.

2. Description of Service

• 2.1 Services:
  • a) WarThunder [DE] [Inoffiziell] ("the App") is a Discord application designed to facilitate comprehensive server management. Users can configure the App's functionalities via its dedicated dashboard, accessible through Discord OAuth authentication.
  • b) The App includes a Ticket System feature aimed at streamlining the management of support and issue resolution processes within Discord servers.
  • c) WarThunder [DE] [Inoffiziell] tools designed to ensure the security and organization of Discord servers, enabling administrators to effectively manage user interactions and content.
  • d) Users can utilize the Activity Tracking feature to monitor and reward user engagement within Discord communities through a structured leveling system.
  • e) The App supports the creation of temporary voice channels, allowing users to dynamically join and leave voice channels based on their real-time needs and preferences.
  • f) WarThunder [DE] [Inoffiziell] a variety of supplementary tools and functionalities designed to enhance the overall management and user experience of Discord servers
• 2.2 Access and Authentication:
  • Users can access the Dashboard and utilize its features by logging in through Discord OAuth for authentication. This ensures a secure and streamlined login process, leveraging the existing credentials and security measures provided by Discord.
• 2.3 Service Availability and Limitations:
  • The App and Dashboard are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the App and Dashboard for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that the use of the App and Dashboard is at their own risk, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• 2.4 Updates and Modifications:
  • The App and Dashboard are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the App and Dashboard for any particular purpose. Users acknowledge that the use of the App and Dashboard is at their own risk, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• 2.5 User Responsibilities:
  • Users are responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of their Discord account credentials used for accessing the Dashboard. Any activity conducted through their account will be deemed as authorized by the user. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App and Dashboard.

3. User Accounts

• 3.1 Account Creation and Access:
  • To access and utilize the features of the Dashboard, users must log in using their Discord account credentials. This login process leverages Discord OAuth for authentication, ensuring a secure and efficient method of access.
• 3.2 Account Responsibility:
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Discord account credentials. Any actions or activities that occur under a user's account are the responsibility of the account holder, whether such actions are authorized by the user or not.
• 3.3 Notification of Unauthorized Use:
  • Users agree to notify us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Prompt notification will enable us to take appropriate measures to mitigate any potential damage or loss. Failure to promptly report unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of the user's access to the Dashboard.
• 3.4 Account Security Measures:
  • We recommend that users implement and maintain robust security measures for their Discord accounts, including but not limited to using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. These practices can significantly enhance the security of the user's account and reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
• 3.5 Account Termination:
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws and regulations. Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated will no longer have access to the Dashboard and its features.
